Why Seal?
Appearance
Restore day-one vibrancy with our wet look, color enhancing sealants. They are specially designed to draw out your paver’s natural colors and restore the rich vibrancy that has been lost to time.
Prevent fading with state-of-the-art UV protecting coatings. Don’t let the harsh Florida sun make your pavers look washed-out and dull. You can get ahead of this by getting your pavers protected ASAP.
Paver sealing resists rust and oil staining by creating a barrier of protection. These damaging chemicals may still fall onto your pavers, but they will not be able to sink in as they would otherwise. This makes cleaning a breeze with little to no residual staining left behind.
Some brands of pavers include gravel aggregate. This is most common in maroon and dark gray single-color pavers. Upon installation, they tend to look fresh and uniform. Over time, rain runoff can erode the top couple millimeters of finish to expose the aggregates beneath. This typically causes an inconstant speckling that is subtle but nearly impossible to fix. Sealant can take this gradual erosion upon itself, thereby leaving your pavers as good as new.

Function
What is the easiest way to ruin your new paver driveway or patio? Don’t seal it. It won’t be long before our heavy Florida thunderstorms wash out the loose joint sand. Then, the water will fall to the base layer and start the process of erosion. This is the primary reason that pavers began to sink and require expensive repairs. Fortunately, there is a simple solution. Our sealing process will clean out your joints, refill them to the proper level with premium sand, and then lock it in place with our commercial-grade sealants. This hardens the sand into a rock-hard, waterproof barrier that will protect your all-important paver foundation for years to come.
Do you struggle to keep weeds and ants in check? Professional paver sealing will finally give you the upper hand. When properly combined, our products form an impenetrable barrier that can only be compromised from underneath. Learn how to prevent that here.
Why Us?
- Our products. Our flagship product is a wet look, semi-gloss, water-based sealant. It brings out the natural colors in the pavers to make them look as bold and rich as the day they were installed. The semi-gloss finish adds a little sheen when facing the sun but will not produce a glaring, candy-coated appearance. That is generally only possible with solvent-based sealers, which are NOT recommended for the Florida climate. Read more about this in our FAQ section. We can also accommodate customers who prefer a natural look or high gloss by using alternate products or application procedures. Our commercial-grade sealants have an expected lifespan of 3-4 years, at which point we can reapply up to three times without stripping. Our products do not turn milky white like solvent-based or non-permeable water-based sealants might. These inferior products do not allow ground moisture to escape. This causes them to delaminate, turn white, and require an expensive stripping. We also use a very specific silicon sand that is neither polymeric nor playground sand. Click here to learn why that is.
- Our process consists of four steps: clean, clear, sand, and seal. This cleaning goes far beyond a standard pressure washing. We apply an algaecide, surface clean any dirt or organic growth, and then wash out the joints with a turbo nozzle. Once clean, we chemically treat for efflorescence and rust stains if necessary. Then it is time to refill the joints to the proper level. We are competent in wet sanding and dry sanding, depending on which the situation requires. Finally, we apply a soak coat of sealant. This floods the joints and forms a thick coating on the surface. We then go the extra mile by using a push broom to prevent pooling and to work the sealant into the pavers.
- Our promise. We guarantee our work against application error and include a 1-year warranty with every paver sealing job. More information on that can be found here.
